This is a 48 foot custom RV/trailer. It is a custom trailer that made to fit on a RV park with paper work to prove it. It is brand new has never been hooked up to water, sewage or power it’s been walked throw maybe 6 times by me. It is all electric, central A/C and NO GAS! all it takes is some power and a water hose. The trailer has vaulted ceiling w/ crown molding and baseboards throw out. Its one bed room with a queen size bed, night stand, stackable washer and dryer, cable outlet, big closet and lots of storage. Kitchen and bath room cabinets are all real wood with crown molding. It comes with all appliances, a pull out couch, recliner, kitchen table/chairs and so on (every thing you see in the pictures) The front porch is 10X12 that could be turned in to a bed room very easy. I towed it this property with a ford f250 only a 30 miles drive. If you need help moving it let me know. I can have it ready on the road with in half a day! My HOA won’t let me have it there or turn power to my property till its gone! I am willing to take this loss! Paid 40,000 asking 19,900 obo. Clean title in hand. It\
